Senior Mortgage Consultants

The ideal Senior Mortgage Consultant (SMC) will bring a record of success and a loyal client base. The SMC will

Originate mortgage loans:

Assist clients in selecting residential and/or commercial mortgage loan products
Work with them to select the best program for their long-term goals and strategies

Oversee the loan process from origination to close
Maintain close communications with all involved parties to minimize delays and/or misunderstandings
Work with in-house marketing staff to develop and maintain customer communication programs to maximize repeat and referral business
Advise and assist other Lentegra staff members and act as a Lentegra representative, participating in recruiting efforts and corporate programs and activities.

Mortgage Consultants

The Mortgage Consultant (MC) will

Originate mortgage loans:

Assist clients in selecting residential and/or commercial mortgage loan products
Work with them to select the best program for their long-term goals and strategies

Oversee the loan from origination to close
Create and maintain customer communication programs in order to generate repeat and referral business
Gain mastery of all Lentegra policies

Associate Mortgage Consultant (AMC)

This position is perfect for sales pros from other fields curious about a career in the mortgage industry as well a career changers who are interested in unlimited income potential and a company culture that is focused on career development and supporting talented people. The AMC will

Use networking skills to develop a sales pipeline by prospecting for and identifying potential mortgage customers
Build a 3^rd party referral engine by working in conjunction with realtors, financial planners, accountants, lawyers and other referral partners
Work closely with experienced mortgage professionals to gain a thorough knowledge of all areas of the origination process while you start to originate your own loans!
